Spire Clinics Blueprint

Spire, a leading private healthcare group, operates hospitals, clinics, and specialized services across the UK. Sheppard Robson's healthcare team undertook the task of designing Spire Light Clinics. These clinics, situated in various locations, aimed to reduce the strain on main hospitals by offering refurbished and new facilities.

Concurrently, while designing existing and new clinic projects, the idea of an ideal Blueprint Clinic took root. This concept evolved into a practical kit of parts, streamlining designs for future sites.
In my role, I devised a strategy to enhance team-client communication, propose new clinic designs, and manage data across multiple projects.
