Plot C3 sits at the heart of the MediaCityUK Manchester masterplan. The brief required that the proposed building must be ‘contemporary, striking and unique in appearance’. It was essential that the design juxtaposed its neighbouring sites ‘to serve as a point of differentiation within Media City’.
